Short Bio

Dr.P.Thangaraj completed his postgraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering and Ph.D. in the area of fuzzy logic and neural networks from Bharathiyar University. He earned his second postgraduate degree in applied mathematics from Madras University. Dr. P. Thangaraj has more than 40 years of experience in academia and research. He has been serving as Professor (CSE) and Director Research in Builders Engineering College since May 2023. He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University, and under his supervision, more than 50 research scholars have completed their Ph.D. He has received funding projects from AICTE, DST, UGC, etc. worth 3 crores. He has more than 150 publications in refereed journals, and he has one granted patent to his credit. He has also received the Anna University National Award for outstanding academic.
